Thompson and Redwood have joined the growing number of companies who are overtly supporting their employees. Working with Optimum, these employees will now have access to an extensive range of digital resources based on their individual data profiles, including educational videos, eBooks, Toolbox Talks and tailored educational material.
Early indicators are encouraging as employees are volunteering and getting involved in their new Integrated Health and Wellbeing Program at work. The Optimum field team has been on site twice and the Program is underway.
Over the next 24 months, Optimum will work with Thompson and Redwood to support their most valuable assets – their people! Our experienced team of health professionals and analysts will benchmark, reassess, report on and recommend interventions in workplace health, wellbeing and performance. The data on the initial Healthy Heart Check and Healthy Head Check Score is currently being worked up and early indications point to there being a disparity between the two profiles. The full report will present an interesting case study once all data has been collected.
