Graeme spearheads the leadership team, helping to set the foundations of our company by challenging people and the status quo on all things health, safety and performance.
A thought leader and visionary, Graeme has successfully expanded the business across Australia and into New Zealand. He is one to push the boundaries to deliver the highest quality services. He does not take himself too seriously and maintains an open approach with clients and employees. His sense of humour is unique.
He has a strong belief that people will rise to the occasion given the chance and unconditional management support.

Ellice brings a wide range of project and program management experience across both public and private sectors. She has a strong sense of community and passion for place, building from her time in local government and operational management experience in the health and wellness industry in both Australia and Canada.
Ellice has a Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science and a Diploma in Education.
Claire is a highly experienced marketing professional with a passion for creativity and a love of clear, concise communication.
Working with major brands across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, Claire has returned to Perth after 17 years over east, with a strong reputation for innovation in product marketing, brand equity, content creation, and marcomms strategy development, including digital and social media marketing.
With a postgraduate (Honours) in Creative Screen Art, Claire is also a skilled copywriter and brings a balance of creativity and business acumen to her role.
Renee is a strong believer in a client-centred approach, utilising her communication skills to engage and connect with clients to properly understand and empathise what their health needs are. Building relationships and trust is her number one priority. Renee has developed her skills though a wide variety of professional settings, working with a diverse range of people. She brings her nutrition expertise to the Optimum team to provide an insightful and valuable experience to clients through the National Health and Wellbeing Program. Renee is extremely passionate about health and nutrition, and nothing brings her greater joy then sharing her knowledge and providing guidance with the people that she meets.
Renee has a Bachelor in Nutrition & Dietetics (Second Class Honours)
Ben brings to Optimum a strong commitment to enhancing the health and wellbeing of people through his drive to constantly improve our technology systems and offerings. This driving force is the result of many years working in the technology sector, building websites and creating database driven web systems, as well as refining the analytics used. Ben understands the Optimum philosophy of “one size does not fit all” and works with our small team to create the technology to ensure the flexibility required.
Ben has a Diploma in Information Technology – Website Development with 20 years of digital technology experience.
