Optimum Health and Management Services | Chemo Club

The chemo club is an exercise club for those on chemotherapy. It is run out of Steve Smith's Gym - Aspire and commenced in early 2007.

Steve Smith and Dr David Joske initiated the club as part of treatment for Dr Joske's patients undergoing chemotherapy.

Optimum supports the Club with Graeme Wright volunteering in his capacity as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist.
