B: Behaviour

Behaviours are complex and they can be a challenge to manage. Stress levels may be affecting your sleep patterns. Fatigue levels are at a point where tolerance levels are at an all time low. High workload results in a routine sleep in front of the TV... most evenings. These things can be better managed.

Any collection of negative behaviours will affect you and your health. So what can you do? The focus should be to identify the positive behaviours (you would have many) that work - to help you manage your health and wellbeing.

It may be as simple as reading our free newsletter, taking time out more often or looking at a more comprehensive approach via our clinic programs. The members section offers some practical tips or you may choose to consult someone about how to restore the balance in your life.

Making a decision to do something will in itself be a positive step. Action is required if negative behaviours are proving to be corrosive to you, your family, your work colleagues and/or your health. It is now up to you.
